We held off until we found something that matched our standards. Last October, we went to the Amsterdam Bulk Wine Festival, tasting countless rosés but nothing felt right. Even samples that followed didn’t hit the mark. Then, out of the blue, a winemaker we met at the festival, got back in touch with us to introduce us to one more sample. We blind-tasted this against four top end rosés  Provence, and this one beat all of them hands down.
